The Ayala Museum invites children to learn more about the country’s first national artist Fernando Amorsolo. Amazing Amorsolo! is an event for kids age 7-14 that starts with a short gallery tour followed by activities allowing kids to make their own work of art. This is part of The Ayala Museum’s participation in the four-month multi-venue initiative to pay tribute to the works of the renowned national artist. Amorsolo has been highly regarded as a painter whose works portrayed women in rural scenes during the pre-war years when optimism was a very much practiced virtue.
